Why J.E. Dunn?
Proud of our self-perform capabilities, our skilled workers are changing the construction landscape.
Diversity & Inclusion fosters innovation and creative thinking.
Not only do we recognize the value of having well-rounded professionals lead a diverse set of projects, but through the collaboration of innovative thoughts and ideas, we’re able to promote a culture of inclusion where everyone is a contributor to the company’s success.”
Moment Connection, JE Dunn’s women’s networking group, helps provide women with the support, knowledge and ideas to help them bring their authentic selves to work each day and contribute at the highest level possible.
Recognizing it’s our skilled workforce who make JE Dunn the company we are today, we’re proud to offer benefits to those in the field who build community-changing projects from city to city—because we know a positive experience for our craft partners starts with us.
In 1981, a core value of the company — giving to and meeting community needs — was recognized and formally structured through establishment of the Dunn Family Foundation. The Foundation’s emphasis then was the same as it is today: education, health and human services, youth, the disabled, the elderly, ethnic minorities, and community development. To this day, corporate and personal involvement in the communities in which we work is encouraged. In 2010, employees donated well over $700,000 to charities. On a national level, JE Dunn annually commits more than 10 percent of its pre-tax earnings to charities, a time-honored tradition of giving back to the community.
