Each of these existential problems requires construction on a massive scale. Only skilled humans can save us; fully autonomous robots are not coming to our rescue (just ask Chat GPT).
As a carpenter and general contractor, I witnessed workers and employers struggling with a broken recruitment process. Each was stuck with low-quality information on the other, siloed tools and inefficient workflows.
It became clear what was missing: a solution designed specifically for skilled trade workers and construction hiring teams. It would accurately classify the characteristics of great workers (and employers) and use that data to put everyone in control of their own employment decisions.
