🚀 ABOUT THE ROLE
Skillit is looking to hire our first Customer Success Lead to guide our customers through all the stages of their lifecycle with our Craft Recruiter product from onboarding and adoption through retention and expansion. You will have the unique opportunity to build our customer success function from the ground up.
In this role you will lead customer success initiatives and be a core member of our go-to-market team. You will get the chance to collaborate closely with enterprise customers to ensure they are successful and receive maximum value from Skillit.
