Skillit is looking for a bilingual Worker Success coordinator that has strong interpersonal skills and passion for building strong relationships. Worker Success engages with our community of workers to onboard and screen them, collect information and support them throughout their careers. This individual will work closely with the marketing team and will be responsible for the worker relationship across our web app, email, SMS and social media. The ideal candidate has experience in construction or related industry fields, has working knowledge of people ops or community engagement and is interested in helping solve the craft labor crisis facing our nation.
