👋HI, WE’RE SKILLIT!
We are on a mission to be America’s best matchmaker of craft labor and employers. By doing so, we will make skilled labor one of the greatest assets on Earth. We’re creating the infrastructure for skilled trade hiring that enables fast, smooth and scalable construction recruitment globally. We[TE1] provide construction companies access to a rapidly growing database of qualified workers and a suite of worker-first hiring tools that use rich datasets and powerful algorithms to generate better outcomes in hiring.
Skillit is looking for a bilingual Worker Success team member that can work in a hybrid capacity in or near our HQ in New York City. The ideal candidate has some experience in recruitment (especially construction or related industrial fields) and is interested in helping solve the craft labor crisis facing our nation. The Worker Success function at Skillit is responsible for interacting with workers and owns the worker relationship across our app, email, SMS and social media.
