Key responsibilities – general laborer

Minimum 3+ years of construction experience
Ability to lift or pull up to 75 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
Comfortable climbing ladders, working from lifts, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
Strong understanding of job-site safety procedures
Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Leadership experience preferred for Foreman roles
Strong communication and organizational skills
