General laborer – requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in construction, demolition, or heavy equipment support

• Ability to lift and/or pull up to 75 lbs

• Capable of standing for extended periods, squatting, bending, and kneeling while wearing a tool belt

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to report effectively to project leadership
