Paving Field Manager needed in Richmond, VA to run asphalt paving operations on commercial and municipal sites. You’ll lead crews, manage equipment and deliveries, keep work safe and on schedule, and make sure quality and customer expectations are met. This is a hands-on role — you’ll be in the field directing crews and subcontractors, coordinating with project managers and clients, and owning project paperwork (change orders, T&M, daily reports, invoices).
