About This Role

Concrete-focused Carpenter (Craftsman 1) needed in Forsyth, GA for day-shift work. This role pays $25/hour plus $125 per day per diem for days worked. You’ll be on-location building and setting concrete formwork, overseeing pours, finishing surfaces, and handling concrete repairs. We need someone with 3–4 years of hands-on concrete carpentry experience who can read drawings, measure and cut accurately, and perform general framing and finishing tasks. What You'll Do

• • Build, set and strip concrete formwork for walls, slabs, footings and paving
• • Measure, cut and assemble form components; read and work from drawings and layout marks
• • Assist with concrete placement/pouring and finishing: screeding, troweling, jointing
• • Perform concrete repair, surface prep and patching as needed
• • Carry out general rough and framing carpentry duties on site
• • Maintain tools and work area; follow site safety rules and work with crew to meet schedule

What We're Looking For

• • 3–4 years concrete carpentry or concrete-focused carpentry experience
• • Proven ability with concrete formwork, placement/pouring and finishing
• • Skilled in reading drawings, measuring and cutting, and general framing carpentry
• • Familiarity with concrete repair and paving work
• • Physically able to lift, carry and work outdoors for full shift; reliable attendance
• • Commitment to jobsite safety and following instructions from leads/supervisors

Qualifications

• • 3–4 years documented concrete carpentry experience
• • Able to read blueprints/working drawings and basic lay out
• • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Forsyth, GA job site
• • OSHA 10-hour construction card preferred
• • Able to pass drug screening and background check if required
