Concrete Carpenter

About this role

Experienced Concrete Carpenters needed for a long-term, large-scale data center project in Lebanon, Indiana. You’ll work with a commercial/industrial concrete crew building, setting, and stripping wood and metal forms, placing concrete, and assisting with finishing while keeping high safety and quality standards. This is hands-on field work paying $20–$28/hr DOE with overtime opportunities and a competitive benefits package. What you'll do

• • Build, install, brace, and remove wood and metal concrete formwork for walls, slabs, footings, and embeds.
• • Measure, cut, and assemble forms using hand tools, saws, and fastening equipment.
• • Place, pour, consolidate, and assist with finishing concrete (bullfloating, edging, jointing) per project specifications.
• • Read and interpret blueprints, layout plans, and construction drawings to set forms and embeds accurately.
• • Operate hand and power tools safely and maintain a clean, organized work area; follow site safety rules and PPE requirements.
• • Work with the concrete crew to meet schedules and quality standards, communicate issues, and follow supervisor instructions.

What we're looking for

• • Previous experience as a Concrete/Form Carpenter on commercial or industrial projects (data center or heavy commercial preferred).
• • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layout plans, and construction drawings.
• • Skilled in measuring, cutting, assembling forms, and basic concrete finishing techniques.
• • Comfortable lifting 50+ pounds, working outdoors in varying weather, and standing for long periods.
• • Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and ability to work well in a team on a fast-paced construction site.
• • Understanding of construction methods and materials, basic site layout, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• • OSHA 10-hour Construction Card preferred (OSHA 30 beneficial).
• • First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent construction experience).
• • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Lebanon, IN site.
• • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• • Proficient in reading measurements/blueprints and basic math for layout and form setting.
