Concrete Carpenter

About this role

Join a long-term, large-scale data center construction job in Lebanon, IN as a concrete carpenter. You’ll build, set, and strip wood and metal formwork, place and assist with finishing concrete, and work alongside a commercial/industrial concrete crew. This role is hands-on and safety-focused. Expect a steady schedule with overtime opportunities, site-specific training and PPE provided, and the chance to work on high-quality, heavy-commercial concrete work. What you'll do

• • Build, install, brace, and remove wood and metal concrete forms per scoping and layout
• • Measure, cut, assemble, and fasten form components using hand and power tools
• • Place, pour, consolidate, and assist with finishing concrete to meet project specs
• • Read and interpret blueprints, form drawings, and site layout instructions
• • Operate hand and power tools safely and maintain organized work areas
• • Coordinate with the concrete crew to meet schedule, quality, and safety standards

What we're looking for

• • Previous experience as a concrete carpenter, form carpenter, or carpenter on commercial/industrial projects
• • Proven ability to read and interpret drawings, construction methods, and site layout
• • Skilled at measuring, cutting, assembling forms, and general carpentry tasks
• • Hands-on concrete experience: mixing, placing, finishing, curing, and protection
• • Able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in varying weather, and perform physical labor for full shifts
• • Reliable, safety-minded, able to follow and enforce site safety procedures

Qualifications

• • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• • OSHA 10 (or OSHA 30) preferred or willingness to obtain site training
• • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• • Spanish language skills a plus
