Carpenter - Journeyman / Foreman

About This Role

Experienced carpenters wanted for full-time work in Denver, CO. Pay up to $31/hr. You’ll work on site and in-shop doing bench work, finish and rough framing, cabinet installs, steel interior framing, concrete formwork, floor installation and finishing, and excavation/trench tasks. We need hands-on carpenters who can read plans, run a crew when needed, and deliver clean, safe work every day. If you have broad carpentry skills, take pride in quality, and want steady Denver-area projects, this role fits.

What You'll Do

• • Perform bench, finish and rough carpentry: trim, doors, windows, stairs and general framing.
• • Build and install cabinets, casework and finish carpentry; install and sand/finish wood floors.
• • Assemble and install steel framing for interior nonbearing partitions and exterior nonbearing partitions.
• • Set and strip concrete formwork and perform excavation/trench tasks as required by the job.
• • Lead small crews as needed: assign tasks, maintain quality, keep schedule, and enforce safe jobsite practices.

What We're Looking For

• • Proven experience in bench, finish, and rough carpentry plus cabinetmaking and general framing.
• • Experience with steel framing for interior partitions and with concrete formwork installation.
• • Skilled in wood floor installation and sanding/finishing techniques.
• • Comfortable performing excavation/trench work and following trench safety practices.
• • Able to read plans/layouts, use hand and power tools, lift heavy materials, and reliably get to Denver-area job sites.

Qualifications

• • Journeyman-level experience or equivalent demonstrated skill
• • OSHA 10 (or OSHA 30 preferred) safety card
• • Trench/excavation competent person training or equivalent experience
• • First Aid/CPR training preferred
• • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• • English required; Spanish or other language skills a plus
