Skilled Carpenter wanted in Denver, CO for residential and light-commercial projects across the metro area. You’ll handle framing, rough and finish carpentry, bench work, measuring and cutting, and assembly—working independently on tasks or as part of a crew. What You'll Do

  • Read plans and measure, mark, cut and assemble materials for framing and finish work
  • Install framing, studs, joists, subfloors, and interior finish components (trim, doors, cabinetry touch-ups)
  • Perform bench carpentry: prepare and fit parts, sand, and assemble components off-site or in shop
  • Operate hand and power tools safely; maintain and organize tools and equipment
  • Troubleshoot on-site problems and make field adjustments to ensure accurate fit and finish
  • Keep job sites clean, load/unload materials, and coordinate with team members for timely project flow

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in bench carpentry, finish carpentry, rough carpentry and general framing
  • Strong measuring and cutting skills; comfortable using tape measures, squares, saws and layout tools
  • Able to read basic blueprints and follow layout plans
  • Capable of lifting 50+ lbs, working at heights, and standing for long periods
  • Reliable transportation to travel between Denver-area job sites and punctual attendance
  • Good problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a crew

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record; reliable transportation required
  • OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 preferred
  • First Aid/CPR certification preferred
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • English proficiency for safe communication on job sites; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
