Carpenter - Journeyman (Bilingual)

About This Role

Join a hands-on crew in West Palm Beach building high-end residential and commercial projects. You’ll execute precise carpentry work, install custom millwork and cabinetry, and help keep multi-million-dollar builds on schedule. We need a reliable journeyman who reads complex blueprints, runs advanced tools, enforces safety on site, and communicates clearly with foremen and superintendents. Pay is $20–$34/hr depending on experience and certifications.

What You'll Do

• • Perform advanced carpentry work per architectural and technical drawings on luxury residential and commercial sites
• • Measure, cut, fit and install custom millwork, cabinetry, trim, paneling, doors/hardware, countertops and stair systems
• • Build and install structural wood components and finish carpentry to meet high-end quality standards
• • Read and interpret complex blueprints and shop drawings; verify dimensions and layout on site
• • Coordinate daily with foremen, superintendents and other trades to maintain schedule and quality
• • Operate advanced carpentry tools and equipment while enforcing jobsite safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• • 3+ years journeyman-level carpentry experience with proven work on high-end residential or commercial projects
• • Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills
• • Hands-on experience with cabinetmaking, trim, staircase and window/door installation
• • Comfortable using advanced hand and power tools, hoists and layout equipment
• • Knowledge of building codes and ability to enforce OSHA safety on site
• • Clear communication skills in a fast-paced jobsite environment

Qualifications

• • Journeyman-level carpentry experience
• • OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certified
• • Hoist Operator certification
• • Must be fluent in Spanish, French and English (bilingual/multilingual)
• • Proven experience on high-end residential or commercial builds
