About This Role

Join a trades crew as a skilled carpenter focused on high-level millwork: woodwork, PL and metal casework, ornamental metal, fume hoods and DFH installs. You’ll be working on commercial projects, traveling to job sites around West Palm Beach, and performing precise installs to plan. You must read blueprints, preplan tools and materials, work with minimal supervision, and follow the ISEC Safety Program. This role requires physical stamina (climbing, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs), a personal tool set, and 3–5 years of finished carpentry or casework experience. Union membership where applicable.

What You'll Do

  • Install AWW, PL and metal casework, fume hoods, DFH and miscellaneous millwork specialties on commercial job sites
  • Preplan tools, materials and installation techniques to complete work safely and efficiently
  • Read and interpret blueprints, layouts and shop drawings; perform accurate measuring and cutting
  • Follow and participate in the ISEC Safety Program; report hazards and exercise Stop Work Authority
  • Perform onsite layout, anchoring, trim, adjustments and final QA to ensure finished fit and appearance

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED and 3–5 years finished carpentry or architectural millwork experience
  • Proven experience with casework, plastic laminate (PL) and finished millwork installs
  • Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings and layout instructions
  • Supply and maintain personal hand tools; able to work with minimal supervision
  • Physically able to climb ladders/scaffolds, stoop, kneel and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
  • Union membership where applicable

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3–5 years experience as a finished carpenter or millwork installer
  • Union card or eligibility where applicable
  • Own basic carpenter hand tools and casework tool set
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • OSHA 10 (preferred) and ability to follow site safety protocols
