Carpenter - Millwork Installer

About This Role
Join a hands-on team in West Palm Beach focused on millwork and finish carpentry. You’ll install cabinets, wall panels, trim, doors and hardware on commercial and residential jobs, working from drawings to deliver tight fits and quality finishes. Pay up to $45/hr. We need reliable carpenters who read plans, measure and cut accurately, set up scaffolding, maintain tools, and work safely with the crew. Bilingual English/Spanish and OSHA-10 required.
What You'll Do
- • Install millwork and casework: cabinets, wall panels, trim, doors and hardware per drawings
- • Read and interpret shop drawings, site layouts and specifications; verify dimensions on-site
- • Measure, cut, fit and finish materials for precise, high-quality installs
- • Set up and work safely on frame & brace and system scaffolding as needed
- • Inspect completed work, perform punch-list items, and maintain clean job sites
- • Load/unload materials, maintain tools and equipment, and follow all safety protocols
What We're Looking For
- • Proven experience with millwork, cabinetmaking and finish carpentry on commercial or residential projects
- • Ability to read and interpret drawings, perform site layout and take accurate measurements
- • Skilled in trim, paneling, door/hardware installation and general framing carpentry
- • Experience working with scaffolding (frame & brace and system) and safe rigging practices
- • Strong verbal and written communication; able to coordinate with foremen and trades
- • Reliable attendance, ability to travel within the West Palm Beach area and lift materials
Qualifications
- • OSHA-10 certification (required)
- • Fluent in English
- • Fluent in Spanish
