About This Role

Carpenter needed for residential and remodel work in Fort Collins, CO. You’ll work on framing, finish carpentry, trim, door and window installs, and basic site layout on single-family and small multi-unit projects. Expect a mix of morning travel to nearby jobsites and consistent hours Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays. We want reliable hands who measure well, use power and hand tools safely, and take pride in a clean, level finish. Pay is $22–32/hour DOE. Training and steady work available — bring your tools and a good work ethic.

What You'll Do

• • Read basic plans and layout; measure, mark, and cut materials to spec
• • Frame walls, floors, and roofs on residential and light commercial remodels
• • Install doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and finish carpentry details
• • Operate power tools (saws, nailers, planers) and maintain them daily
• • Perform jobsite cleanup, material handling, and protect finished surfaces
• • Coordinate with crew leads and follow site safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• • 2+ years residential or remodeling carpentry experience preferred
• • Ability to read basic blueprints, level, square, and layout framing
• • Comfort using circular saws, miter saws, nail guns, routers, and hand tools
• • Able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and stand for long periods
• • Reliable transportation to Fort Collins area jobsites and punctual attendance

Qualifications

• • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• • OSHA-10 or willingness to obtain within first 30 days
• • Journeyman/apprenticeship completion or equivalent experience preferred
• • Spanish conversational skills a plus but not required
