Concrete Finisher - Hallsville, TX

About This Role

Experienced Concrete Finishers wanted for commercial and industrial projects in Hallsville and the surrounding East Texas area. You'll be working outdoors on slabs — screeding, floating, troweling, edge work, cleanup, and assisting with forms. Jobs move at a steady production pace, so we need crew members who can keep up and produce quality finishes. This is steady field work covering Hallsville, Longview, Marshall, Tyler and nearby towns. Competitive pay based on experience, reliable schedules, and opportunities for overtime. Must have reliable transportation to job sites and be able to pass a drug screen/background check if required.

What You'll Do

• • Finish concrete slabs: screed, float, and trowel to specification
• • Perform edge work, joint finishing, and cleanup of finished areas
• • Assist with setting and stripping forms, layout, and basic formwork carpentry
• • Operate hand and power finishing tools (bull float, magnesium float, trowel machine)
• • Follow production schedules and maintain consistent, efficient pace on outdoor jobsites
• • Follow site safety rules and maintain clean, organized work areas

What We're Looking For

• • Proven experience finishing concrete slabs on commercial or industrial projects
• • Skilled in screeding, floating, troweling, edge work, and concrete curing
• • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and on varied job sites
• • Reliable transportation to and from job sites in East Texas
• • Able to maintain a steady production pace and follow crew lead directions
• • Willing and able to pass drug test and background check if required

Qualifications

• • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• • Minimum 2 years commercial/industrial concrete finishing experience preferred
• • Ability to pass drug screen and background check (if required by site)
• • OSHA-10 (preferred) and First Aid/CPR (preferred)
• • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials regularly; physically fit for field work
• • Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply (helpful on many East Texas sites)
