Concrete Worker — Traveling Laborer
About This Role
Experienced construction laborers with strong concrete skills needed for nationwide projects. Pay is $25–$30/hr depending on experience. This role is travel-heavy (up to 70%) and requires candidates who can handle demanding outdoor work and long shifts. You will perform general construction labor while assisting with concrete flatwork and structural pours, including formwork, rebar, placing and finishing concrete, and maintaining clean, safe job sites. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable attendance.
What You'll Do
- • Perform general construction labor and support varied project tasks
- • Assist with concrete flatwork and structural pours: placing, spreading, leveling, finishing, and curing
- • Set and strip forms; read grade stakes and help maintain correct elevations
- • Tie and install rebar and help with rebar placement
- • Load, unload, organize tools and materials, and keep job sites clean and safe
- • Follow supervisor instructions and company safety procedures on every job
What We're Looking For
- • Previous construction labor experience with hands-on concrete work
- • Able to perform demanding outdoor work in heat and varied weather
- • Willing to travel up to 70% for out-of-area projects
- • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- • High school diploma or GED
- • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and ability to work long shifts when needed
