About This Role

Join a hands-on crew in Denver as a Concrete Finisher/Form Setter working on high-end residential and commercial projects. This dual-role position requires precision in building and aligning forms, pouring concrete, and producing smooth, long-lasting finishes. You’ll work outdoors in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with the crew to meet layout, elevation, and quality standards. What You'll Do

  • Measure, build and install concrete forms for slabs, footings, curbs, walls and other structures
  • Align, brace and adjust forms to ensure proper placement, elevation and slope
  • Pour concrete for slabs, sidewalks, driveways, curbs and other structures; screed and consolidate as needed
  • Level and finish concrete using rakes, shovels, hand and power trowels, floats and edging tools
  • Apply curing compounds and surface treatments; monitor weather and curing times to protect finished work
  • Remove forms, perform repairs/resurfacing as needed, clean jobsite and maintain tools and equipment

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in concrete finishing and/or form setting (combination of both preferred)
  • Proficiency with concrete tools and formwork systems; experience with gate forms for walls a plus
  • Strong attention to layout, elevation, slope and finish quality
  • Capable of lifting 50+ lbs, standing for long periods and working in various weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Follows site safety procedures; OSHA-10/30 preferred but not required

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • OSHA-10 (preferred) or OSHA-30 (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years concrete finishing/form setting experience
  • Able to read basic plans and measurements; blueprint reading a plus
  • English proficiency for on-site communication
