Concrete Worker
About This Role
Looking for a hands-on Concrete Worker in Cherry Hills Village, CO. You’ll handle concrete placement, finishing, site prep, and basic form and rebar work on residential and light commercial jobs. Expect outdoor work in all types of weather and varied daily tasks. We want a dependable crew member who knows how to get a pour done right — from setting forms to final trowel and cleanup. If you take pride in straight edges, smooth finishes, and keeping tools in working order, this job is for you.
What You'll Do
- • Perform concrete placement and pouring for slabs, sidewalks, curbs, and small foundations
- • Finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools to meet smoothness and grade requirements
- • Set and strip forms, place and tie rebar, and perform site prep and cleanup
- • Operate finishing tools (floats, trowels, screeds, power trowels) and maintain equipment
- • Follow safety protocols on site, including proper PPE use and hazard awareness
What We're Looking For
- • 2+ years hands-on experience with concrete placement and finishing
- • Skilled with finishing techniques and confident operating hand and power finishing tools
- • Able to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- • Read basic layouts and follow instructions from foreman; reliable and punctual
- • Willingness to work overtime and travel to jobs in the Denver metro area
Qualifications
- • OSHA 10 (preferred) or willing to obtain
- • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- • Spanish language skills a plus
