About This Role

Join a hands-on fabrication team in Eagle Mountain, UT as a Concrete Worker. You’ll work indoors assembling and fabricating concrete assemblies, set up beds for pours, operate hand and power tools, and package finished pieces for shipping. This is a fast-paced production role that values safety, quality, and teamwork. This is a per diem role with competitive hourly pay and a benefits package for eligible employees. You’ll follow production schedules with minimal supervision, complete detailed quality checks, and help keep the shop clean and safe. Ideal for someone with carpentry or metal fabrication experience who wants steady, practical work and clear expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Set up beds and forms for concrete pouring and ensure proper alignment before pour
  • Fabricate and assemble concrete components, fixtures and forms to specification
  • Operate hand and power tools; cut, measure, fit, and fasten materials accurately
  • Load and unload materials, stage parts for production, and package finished goods for shipping
  • Perform detailed quality checks and document defects or rework needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; follow safety rules and report hazards

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year carpentry or metal fabrication experience (preferably 1+ year in light manufacturing or construction)
  • Able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs regularly (heavier lifts assisted by team or equipment)
  • Experience using standard hand and power tools and basic measuring equipment
  • Detail-oriented with ability to work within tight tolerances and follow production schedules with minimal supervision
  • Works well on a team, follows direction, and demonstrates reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Committed to safe work practices and able to follow written and verbal instructions

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred; trade or technical school certificate a plus
  • OSHA 10 (preferred) or other safety training certificates
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Able to pass background check and drug screen
  • Basic conversational English for safety communication; additional languages a plus
