Join a commercial concrete crew in Arlington, VA as an Arlington Skilled Laborer. This hands-on role supports concrete pours and site logistics—stripping formwork, vibrating concrete, operating around concrete buckets, and moving materials under jobsite supervision. You’ll work on commercial projects with steady schedules and clear site direction. Candidates with grit, a minimum of 1 year related experience, and a focus on safe, productive work will do well. Training and certifications are supported as needed for growth and advancement.

What you'll do

• • Strip formwork, clean and prepare concrete surfaces after pours
• • Vibrate concrete and assist with finishing tasks under supervision
• • Assist with concrete bucket operations and safe material handling
• • Move, load, and stage materials and equipment on commercial jobsites
• • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas; follow site safety rules
• • Participate in required site training, toolbox talks, and certification programs

What we're looking for

• • Minimum 1 year related construction or concrete experience
• • Able to strip formwork, vibrate concrete, or assist with concrete bucket operations
• • Comfortable with heavy material handling, lifting, and physical labor outdoors
• • Follow site safety procedures and direction from supervisors
• • Rigging experience and OSHA 10 card are a plus
• • Reliable transportation to Arlington job sites preferred

Qualifications

• • High school diploma or GED preferred
• • Minimum 1 year concrete or related construction experience
• • OSHA 10 card preferred
• • Rigging certification or experience preferred
• • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
