Drywall Supervisor

About This Role

Drywall Supervisor needed in Nashville, TN to lead commercial drywall and ceiling tile crews across the metro area. You'll run job sites, lead installers, and make sure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget targets. This is a hands-on foreman role — you’ll hang and finish drywall, install acoustical ceilings and metal framing when needed, troubleshoot issues on the fly, and coordinate materials and schedules with project managers. Pay is $27–$34/hr depending on experience.

What You'll Do

• • Supervise and lead drywall and ceiling tile crews on commercial jobs — assign tasks, monitor productivity, enforce safety
• • Install and oversee hanging, leveling, finishing of drywall and acoustic ceiling systems, and metal stud framing
• • Coordinate daily schedules, material deliveries, and tooling with project managers and superintendents
• • Troubleshoot installation issues on site and provide practical, code-compliant solutions
• • Maintain jobsite documentation: progress reports, punchlists, time sheets, and quality checks
• • Ensure site cleanup and proper tool/equipment care at the end of each shift

What We're Looking For

• • 3+ years commercial drywall/ceiling experience working on multi-site projects
• • Proven skills in drywall hanging, measuring/cutting, leveling, alignment, and finishing
• • Experience with acoustical ceiling systems, metal stud framing (interior/exterior nonbearing and partitions)
• • Able to read plans/layouts, use lasers and layout tools, and operate common trade tools (Hilti experience a plus)
• • Strong leadership and communication skills — able to lead a crew, enforce safety, and coordinate with PMs

Qualifications

• • CPR and First Aid
• • Hilti Certified
• • OSHA 30 and OSHA 10
• • Fluent in Spanish and English
