What You'll Do

  • Measure, cut, hang and fasten drywall panels on interior and exterior nonbearing partitions
  • Tape, mud, sand and finish joints to produce flat, paint-ready surfaces
  • Install acoustical ceiling tile systems and grid, plus perform ceiling repairs
  • Set up and use scaffolding systems and work on stilts safely; follow fall-protection procedures
  • Install steel framing, exterior cladding, and partition systems per drawings and layout
  • Clean work areas, protect finished surfaces, and perform on-site drywall repairs and maintenance

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience installing and finishing drywall: hanging, taping, mudding and sanding
  • Experience with acoustical ceiling installation and working on stilts and scaffolding
  • Skilled in measuring, cutting, leveling and alignment; able to read basic plans and layouts
  • Experience with steel framing for interior/exterior partitions and exterior cladding installation
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and follow site safety rules; reliable attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

  • OSHA 10 (preferred) or willingness to obtain OSHA 10/30 on hire
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Austin-area job sites
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay $24–32/hr DOE, plus overtime when available
  • Weekly pay and direct deposit; paid time off and holiday pay
  • Health insurance options and retirement plan (employer match available)
  • Paid training and certification support (scaffold, OSHA, AWP) and tool allowance
