About This Role

Seeking a hands-on Journeyman Electrician with foreman experience for per diem projects in Dallas, TX. You’ll lead crews on commercial and industrial sites—hospitals, data centers and similar—handling installation, troubleshooting and maintenance work. Pay range: $25–$56/hr depending on experience. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication in English and Spanish, and solid knowledge of codes and medium/high-voltage systems. Expect to read blueprints, coordinate with other trades and enforce safety procedures while supervising daily work and quality inspections.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and lead electrical crews day-to-day on commercial and industrial job sites
  • Install, maintain and repair electrical systems, including standby/emergency systems and overcurrent devices
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and perform branch circuit and feeder load calculations
  • Pull conduit, set conduit runs and install wiring, devices and equipment per plans and codes
  • Coordinate with project managers, other trades and inspectors to meet scope, schedule and safety requirements
  • Conduct work inspections, enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations

What We're Looking For

  • Proven commercial/industrial electrical installation and troubleshooting experience (hospitals/data centers a plus)
  • Experience with medium- and high-voltage systems, standby/emergency systems, and selection/installation of overcurrent devices
  • Strong blueprint and technical drawing reading skills plus branch circuit and feeder load calculation experience
  • Demonstrated leadership/foreman experience: crew supervision, staff training and conflict resolution
  • Clear verbal and written communication in English and Spanish; able to coordinate across teams
  • Commitment to enforcing safety procedures and complying with building codes and regulations

Qualifications

  • State Licensed Electrician (required)
  • Journeyman-level certification and proven foreman experience
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
  • OSHA 10/30 or equivalent safety training preferred
