Journeyman Electrician — Nationwide Relocation

Nationwide

About This Role

Seeking journeyman electricians with solid commercial or industrial experience who are ready to relocate for project work nationwide. We need hands-on techs who can install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems — you’ll work on job sites across the country and should be prepared for travel and relocation. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are strongly preferred. You’ll work on commercial and industrial projects—lighting, low-voltage, overcurrent devices, standby/emergency systems—and be expected to read technical drawings, use construction management software and Microsoft Office, and follow job-site safety protocols. Competitive pay based on experience and relocation assistance available.

What You'll Do

  • Install, wire, and terminate commercial and industrial electrical systems (lighting, receptacles, panel work, conduit, raceways).
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to lay out and execute work.
  • Install and maintain low-voltage systems, overcurrent devices, and standby/emergency power systems; perform testing and commissioning.
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults, perform repairs, and complete preventative maintenance on commercial equipment.
  • Keep accurate job records, submit daily reports in construction management software, and communicate progress with foremen/supervisors.
  • Follow safety procedures (lockout/tagout, PPE, NFPA 70E), maintain tools and equipment, and coordinate with trades and site personnel.

What We're Looking For

  • Journeyman-level electrical experience with commercial or industrial projects.
  • Hands-on experience with commercial electrical service installation, lighting, low-voltage, overcurrent devices, and standby/emergency systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints and use construction management software plus Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to relocate nationwide and travel to project sites as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass drug screen and background check.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.

Qualifications

  • Journeyman electrician license or journeyman-level certification (state or local equivalent).
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
  • OSHA 10 (required) or OSHA 30 preferred.
  • NFPA 70E training preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

What We Offer

  • Relocation assistance plus travel pay and per diem where applicable.
  • Competitive pay based on experience (DOE) with overtime pay for extended hours.
  • Medical insurance (health), with options for dental and vision.
  • Retirement plan with employer match.
  • Paid time off and holiday pay.
  • Paid training and certification reimbursement; tool/boot allowance.
