Commercial Service Electrician

About This Role

We’re hiring experienced commercial service electricians to work across the Middle Tennessee area, based out of Franklin, TN. You’ll read blueprints, run conduit and wire, terminate devices, install lighting and raceways, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems on service calls and new construction jobs. This is hands-on field work — you’ll work alone on service calls and as part of a crew on larger jobs. Expect ladder work, lifting, and physically demanding tasks. Immediate openings for reliable electricians who follow safe work practices and communicate clearly with teammates and customers.

What You'll Do

• • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams for commercial jobs
• • Run conduit, pull wire and install wireways/raceways to plan and code
• • Install and terminate devices, fixtures and commercial lighting systems
• • Troubleshoot electrical systems quickly (safety, amps, wear and tear) and perform repairs
• • Follow safe tool and equipment use, maintain PPE and jobsite housekeeping
• • Document work, communicate status to foremen/customers and coordinate with team members

What We're Looking For

• • 2+ years commercial electrical or service experience preferred
• • Ability to read drawings/blueprints and perform conduit bending
• • Hands-on experience with wireway/raceway installation and lighting installation
• • Proven troubleshooting skills on commercial systems (safety, amps, wear and tear)
• • Capable of climbing ladders and lifting/moving moderately heavy objects
• • Good communication skills; able to work independently and on a crew, handle disruptions professionally

Qualifications

• • Journeyman electrician license or equivalent experience preferred
• • OSHA 10 (or OSHA 30 preferred) certification
• • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• • High school diploma or GED; vocational/electrical school training a plus
• • Must be able to pass background check and drug screen; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
