About This Role

Seeking experienced electricians based in or near Orlando, FL. Projects vary across commercial, residential and light industrial work—installing electrical services, lighting, low-voltage systems and medium-voltage equipment when required. You’ll read and work from blueprints and technical drawings, pull conduit and large cable, install raceways and overcurrent devices, and assist with standby/emergency systems. Pay is competitive and based on experience; schedule may include overtime.

What You'll Do

  • Install commercial and residential electrical systems: service panels, feeders, lighting, and branch circuits.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams and technical drawings to plan installations and ensure code compliance.
  • Install wireways, raceways, pull conduit and large cable; splice and terminate conductors.
  • Install and maintain low-voltage systems (voice, data, video) and lighting controls.
  • Work on selection and installation of overcurrent devices, medium-voltage equipment and standby/emergency systems when required.
  • Test, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems; perform required safety checks and report deficiencies.

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with commercial electrical service installation and residential wiring; able to work from drawings and specifications.
  • Skilled in wireway/raceway installation, conduit pulling and handling large cable runs.
  • Knowledge of lighting installation, low-voltage voice/data/video systems and basic medium-voltage tasks.
  • Familiar with selection and installation of overcurrent devices, standby/emergency systems, and routine maintenance.
  • Physically fit for lifting, climbing and working in confined spaces; reliable attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • State electrical license or journeyman status preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • OSHA 10 (minimum) or OSHA 30 preferred; NFPA 70E familiarity a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen (if required)
