Electrician Foreman / General Foreman
About This Role
Experienced electricians needed to lead crews and run electrical work across projects in Indiana. This role is for foremen and general foremen who can supervise teams, coordinate jobsite work, and deliver installations that meet code and schedule. Pay up to $50/hr depending on experience. OSHA 30 and Spanish language skills required. Open to candidates willing to relocate — steady project work, overtime available, and relocation support on qualifying assignments.
What You'll Do
- • Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects
- • Plan and coordinate daily work, assign tasks, and manage crew productivity
- • Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems per drawings and code
- • Read blueprints, schematics and work with project leads to sequence electrical work
- • Enforce safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain OSHA-compliant jobsite practices
- • Report progress to project management, track materials, and coordinate with other trades/subcontractors
What We're Looking For
- • 5+ years hands-on electrical experience with prior foreman/supervisor duties
- • Proven ability to lead and motivate crews and manage on-site workforce
- • Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes with practical troubleshooting skills
- • Ability to read plans, interpret wiring diagrams, and lay out installations
- • Physically fit for climbing, crawling, lifting, and working in varied weather/conditions
Qualifications
- • OSHA 30 certification (required)
- • Fluent Spanish (required) — able to communicate with Spanish-speaking crew members
- • Journeyman electrician credential or equivalent field experience preferred
- • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- • Willingness to relocate for project assignments
