Ideal candidates bring solid field experience, leadership on site, and the ability to make decisions on the fly during night operations.
What You'll Do
- • Lead and supervise night-shift electricians and apprentices; assign tasks and inspect completed work
- • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders; lay out jobs and mark up plans as needed
- • Troubleshoot electrical systems and provide hands-on solutions to keep installations on schedule
- • Enforce safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure jobsite compliance with NEC and OSHA
- • Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and subcontractors for the night shift
- • Complete timecards, daily reports, punch lists, and communicate progress to project managers
What We're Looking For
- • 5+ years electrical field experience with at least 2 years in a lead or foreman role
- • Strong knowledge of NEC, conduit bending, wiring, terminations, and testing procedures
- • Comfortable working overnight shifts and traveling to different job sites nationwide
- • Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics and train crew members on tasks
- • Physically fit for climbing, lifting, and standing for long periods; reliable transportation
Qualifications
- • Journeyman or Master electrician license where required by state
- • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety card
- • NFPA 70E electrical safety training preferred
- • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug screening

What We Offer
- • Pay up to $37/hr based on experience, with overtime available on many projects
- • Travel paid and per diem when working out of town; jobsite lodging or reimbursement
- • Tool allowance or reimbursement for required specialty tools
- • Health insurance options and retirement plan contributions where available
- • Consistent night-shift schedules and steady project work across multiple regions
