Local contractor needs reliable general laborers in Lebanon, IN who can start right away. Work is local (within a 40-mile radius), any shift availability is required, and candidates must have prior construction experience and a valid driver's license. Daily work includes site cleaning and sanitation, material handling, and basic carpentry support. This is hands-on construction site work — you should be ready to perform physical tasks, follow site safety rules, and work a flexible schedule.
What you'll do
- • Perform general site clean-up, trash removal, and sanitation tasks daily
- • Load, unload, and move materials and equipment on site
- • Assist carpenters and trades with basic carpentry tasks and hand tool work
- • Follow site safety procedures and participate in site-specific safety orientations
- • Maintain tools and basic equipment; report damaged or missing items
What we're looking for
- • Prior construction experience required
- • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- • Able to start immediately and work any shift as needed
- • Some carpentry experience preferred
- • Able to lift and move heavy materials and stand for extended periods
Qualifications
