About This Role

Immediate openings for General Laborers based in Lebanon, IN. Local contractors need dependable hands who can start right away, work any shift, and handle physical site work. Pay is up to $25/hour depending on experience. No relocation or per diem available. Day-to-day work is straightforward: cleaning and sanitation of job sites, moving materials, and assisting carpenters and trades. Candidates must have prior construction experience, a valid driver’s license, be within 40 miles of Lebanon, and be ready to begin ASAP.

What You'll Do

• • Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, sanitation, debris removal, and site housekeeping
• • Load and unload materials, move supplies, stage deliveries, and assist with material handling
• • Assist carpenters and trades with measuring, cutting, holding materials, and basic fastening tasks
• • Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely; follow instructions from lead carpenters or foremen
• • Drive between local job sites as needed (valid driver's license required) and maintain tools/equipment
• • Follow site safety procedures, wear required PPE, and complete end-of-shift cleanup

What We're Looking For

• • Live within 40 miles of Lebanon, IN and available to start immediately
• • Prior construction or general labor experience required
• • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• • Available for any shift (day, swing, or night)
• • Able to perform cleaning, sanitation, and load/unload material tasks
• • Some carpentry experience preferred
