Carpenters, Laborers & Equipment Operators

About This Role

Immediate openings for carpenters, general laborers and equipment operators located within 50 miles of Edinburg, TX. Multiple positions available across construction sites — local applicants only. Pay up to $26/hr depending on role and experience. Work will include a mix of new construction and site work. We need reliable people at a variety of skill levels: entry-level laborers, experienced carpenters, and certified equipment operators. What You'll Do

• • Perform carpentry tasks: framing, blocking, trim, and basic layout for job sites assigned
• • Load, unload and move materials, set up and break down jobsite equipment and scaffolding
• • Operate light to heavy equipment as qualified (skid steer, excavator, rollers) and follow manufacturer/safety procedures
• • Carry out general labor duties: digging, concrete work, cleanup, and assisting skilled trades as needed
• • Follow site safety plans, use PPE, keep work areas organized, and report hazards to supervisors

What We're Looking For

• • Willingness to work outdoors in variable weather and perform physical labor (lifting, climbing, standing)
• • Carpentry skills for carpenter roles; able to read basic plans and measure accurately
• • Previous experience operating construction equipment for operator roles (certification preferred)
• • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to sites within 50 miles of Edinburg
• • Able to pass a drug screen and background check; punctual and dependable

Qualifications

• • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• • OSHA 10 preferred; OSHA 30 or industry certifications a plus
• • CDL Class A/B or equipment operator certification preferred for operator roles
• • Basic carpentry or construction experience for carpenter openings
• • Spanish bilingual skills helpful (not required)
• • Willingness to complete a drug test and background check
