General Labor — Production Worker

About This Role

Join an indoor production team in Los Lunas assembling and fabricating building components. You’ll set up beds for concrete pours, fabricate assemblies, run hand and power tools, and package products for shipment. Work is done in a team environment with a focus on safety and quality. This role offers steady hours, competitive pay, and a benefits package. You’ll follow production schedules with minimal supervision, perform quality checks, keep a clean work area, and help move materials. Ideal for hands-on candidates with at least 1 year of light manufacturing, fabrication, or construction experience.

What You'll Do

• • Set up beds for concrete pouring and prepare material for pours
• • Fabricate assemblies and perform assembly work to production specs
• • Operate standard hand and power tools; measure and cut materials as required
• • Load, unload, and stage materials; move product to packaging or shipping areas
• • Perform detailed quality checks, record results, and correct issues to meet specs
• • Package finished products, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• • Minimum 1 year light manufacturing, construction, or fabrication experience
• • Able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• • Able to operate common hand and power tools safely and accurately
• • Basic ability to read work instructions, take measurements, and inspect parts for quality
• • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to follow production schedules with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• • High school diploma or GED preferred
• • Trade or technical school certification/diploma preferred
• • 1+ year relevant experience in manufacturing, fabrication, carpentry, or construction
• • Comfortable reading basic technical drawings and performing accurate measurements
• • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• • OSHA 10 or other safety training preferred
