About This Role

Hands-on general labor position for crew members in Sanford, FL. You’ll work outdoors on construction sites and property jobs doing physical tasks that keep projects moving. This is steady, practical work — expect lifting, hauling, cleanup, and tool use under a crew leader. Pay is $16–$22/hr depending on experience, with overtime and weekly pay. Day shifts are standard; some jobs may require early starts or occasional weekend work. What You'll Do

• • Load, unload, carry, and place materials and equipment on site
• • Perform site cleanup: remove debris, sweep, and maintain a safe work area
• • Assist skilled trades (carpenters, concrete crews, landscapers) with basic tasks
• • Use hand and power tools safely for demolition, digging, and fastening
• • Set up and break down jobsite barriers, tarps, and basic temporary structures
• • Follow directions from the foreman, attend briefings, and follow safety rules

What We're Looking For

• • Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outside in heat and rain
• • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts
• • Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a crew
• • Pass a basic drug screen and background check where required
• • Basic use of hand tools and willingness to learn new skills
• • Flexible schedule for occasional overtime or weekend jobs

Qualifications

• • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• • Willing/able to pass DOT/worker drug screen and background check
• • OSHA-10 preferred or willingness to obtain (training available)
