General Laborer

About This Role

Join our crew as a General Laborer in San Antonio, TX. You’ll support day-to-day site operations by moving and organizing materials, setting up and removing barricades and fences, digging holes and trenches, and keeping the work area clean and safe. Pay is up to $20/hr. This is hands-on, physical work outdoors. You’ll work under a Foreman and support various construction activities as directed. Reliable attendance, the ability to follow directions, and a strong work ethic are a must. Immediate openings — local candidates preferred.

What You'll Do

• • Move, load and unload materials around the job site; organize staging areas
• • Set up and remove barricades, safety fencing, cones and signage
• • Dig holes and trenches by hand or with basic excavation tools as directed
• • Perform daily site clean-up: pick up debris, sweep, and maintain tidy work areas
• • Support crew tasks such as carrying tools, assisting skilled trades, and following Foreman instructions

What We're Looking For

• • Experience loading/unloading material and basic material handling
• • Site clean-up and ability to maintain a safe work area
• • Hands-on excavation / trench work experience or willingness to perform trenching tasks
• • Able to follow directions from Foreman, work as part of a crew, and take safety guidance
• • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, stand, bend and work outdoors in varying weather

Qualifications

• • English (required)
• • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
• • Willingness to submit to a background and drug screen if required
• • Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials
• • OSHA-10 or similar safety training (preferred but not required)
