General Labor Foreman

About This Role

Join our West Palm Beach team as a General Labor Foreman running a Site Services crew. You’ll lead a small crew on local jobs, direct site cleanup and maintenance, and keep work areas safe and organized. This is a hands-on foreman role — you’ll assign daily tasks, inspect completed work, coach crew members, and work alongside the team when needed. What You'll Do

• • Supervise and lead a Site Services crew on daily assignments in West Palm Beach, FL
• • Assign tasks, set priorities, and inspect work to ensure jobsite cleanliness and quality
• • Enforce safety rules, hold toolbox talks, and correct unsafe behavior immediately
• • Operate and maintain basic tools and small equipment; report larger repairs
• • Track hours, report crew attendance, and communicate daily progress to supervisors

What We're Looking For

• • Proven experience as a foreman or crew lead in site services, cleanup, or general labor
• • Strong leadership and team-management skills with the ability to motivate crew members
• • Knowledge of jobsite cleanup, debris removal, and basic maintenance tasks
• • Ability to enforce safety procedures and follow OSHA/site safety rules
• • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in Florida weather

Qualifications

• • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to West Palm Beach job sites
• • OSHA 10-hour preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
