General Laborer (Per Diem) - Pampa, TX

About This Role

Join a busy construction site team in Pampa, TX as a General Laborer. You’ll support site operations by unloading and staging materials, erecting and leveling scaffolding, handling concrete work, and keeping the site clean and organized. This is hands-on work — heavy lifting, tool use, and working with other trades day-to-day. This is a per diem position with immediate openings for dependable, safety-first workers. If you work well on a crew, can operate basic small equipment and hand tools, and don’t mind physical, outdoor work, this role is a good fit.

What You'll Do

• • Load and unload equipment, materials and tools; supply materials to other trades
• • Erect, level and dismantle frame & brace scaffolding and staging
• • Place, shovel, push/pull and vibrate concrete; tend mortar and grout
• • Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, sweeping and equipment cleaning
• • Operate basic tools and small equipment: drills, jackhammers, vibrators, pumps, forklifts, skid loaders
• • Follow crew lead and work safely with diverse trades to meet daily goals

What We're Looking For

• • Construction or general labor experience preferred
• • Comfortable using power and non-powered hand tools and small equipment
• • Able to perform repetitive hand/arm/leg movements and physical tasks
• • Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs (assistance or equipment for heavier loads)
• • Strong teamwork attitude, punctuality and good communication on site
• • Willingness to work per diem schedule and travel as required

Qualifications

• • OSHA-10 or equivalent safety card (preferred)
• • Forklift or skid-steer certification (preferred)
• • Experience operating drills, jackhammers, concrete vibrators and pumps
• • Ability to pass job-site physical or fit-for-duty screening if required
• • Reliable transportation to Pampa, TX job sites
