What You'll Do
- • Operate backhoes, dozers, pavers, tractor pans and graders for paving, excavating, pipe installation and grading tasks.
- • Perform daily equipment maintenance: cleaning, greasing, oiling, visual inspections and basic troubleshooting.
- • Review plans and blueprints with the field manager and execute assigned work safely, accurately and on schedule.
- • Adjust controls and attachments (blades, buckets, booms) to perform required tasks and make judgment calls on efficient equipment use.
- • Follow all site safety procedures, equipment repair/maintenance protocols and “home safe tonight” style programs.
What We're Looking For
- • Minimum 2 years operating heavy construction equipment (backhoe, dozer, grader, paver or similar).
- • Valid driver’s license required; reliable transportation to job sites in and around Quakertown, PA.
- • Ability to read and interpret basic plans/blueprints and follow field manager directions.
- • Capable of performing daily maintenance and basic repairs; comfortable with hands-on upkeep (greasing, inspections).

Qualifications
- • High school diploma or GED preferred.
- • Valid driver’s license required; CDL or commercial driving experience is a plus.
- • OSHA 10-hour card or equivalent preferred.
- • Flagger/traffic control certification a plus; equipment-specific operator certifications helpful.
What We Offer
- • Competitive pay based on experience (DOE).
- • Health, dental and vision insurance options.
- • 401(k) retirement plan with company match eligibility.
- • Paid time off and paid holidays.
