About This Role

Experienced Heavy Equipment Operators needed for an active site-grading project in Franklin, TN. You will run dozers and excavators on earthwork and grading tasks, follow site plans and safety requirements, and work with a small crew to keep the project moving. GPS machine-control experience is helpful but not required. This is hands-on, physical work for operators who know how to run machines safely, read simple plans, and follow direction. What You'll Do

• • Safely operate dozers and excavators to perform grading, excavation, and site preparation
• • Follow project plans, grade stakes, and crew instructions to meet production targets
• • Perform pre- and post-shift equipment inspections and report issues
• • Maintain a tidy work area and secure equipment at the end of shift
• • Work closely with foremen and crew members to sequence tasks and meet deadlines
• • Use GPS machine control when available and follow layout instructions

What We're Looking For

• • Proven experience operating dozers and excavators on construction or earthwork projects
• • Ability to operate equipment safely and follow site safety rules and PPE requirements
• • Reliable transportation to Franklin, TN and ability to work full shifts
• • Willingness to perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• • Comfort working outdoors in all weather and lifting moderate loads as needed

Qualifications

• • Dozer operation experience
• • Excavator operation experience
• • Valid driver’s license
• • OSHA 10-hour or willingness to obtain
• • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
