About This Role

Experienced Pipelayers wanted for a large underground sanitary and storm sewer project in Aubrey, TX. You’ll work on-site installing pipe and structures to plan tolerances, using lasers, levels, and standard trenching equipment. This job suits hands-on pipe layers who know how to get quality work done safely and on schedule. Candidates should have at least 5 years of underground pipe-laying experience and a strong attention to detail. This position offers a full benefits package including PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

What You'll Do

• • Install sanitary and storm sewer pipes and structures per plans, specs, and tolerances.
• • Lay out pipe routes from blueprints, cut pipe to length, align and connect sections using levels and lasers.
• • Grade and level trench bases, set bedding, backfill, and compact to spec.
• • Align and position pipe for welding or sealing; seal joints and perform required pipe testing.
• • Operate hand and small powered equipment on site (tamping machines, lasers, levels); perform excavation and trench work safely.
• • Train and mentor junior crew members and perform general construction labor as needed.

What We're Looking For

• • Minimum 5 years’ experience in underground pipe laying on large construction sites.
• • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site layouts, and grade/station information.
• • Proven use of lasers, levels, transits, trench bedding, and pipe testing techniques.
• • Physically fit: able to lift, bend, work in trenches, and perform sustained outdoor labor.
• • Strong attention to detail, reliability, good communication, and ability to work as part of a crew.

Qualifications

• • High School Diploma or GED preferred
• • 5+ years of underground pipelaying experience
• • OSHA 10-hour construction card preferred
• • Confined space awareness/entry training preferred
• • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DOT physical/drug screen
• • Proficient in English (able to read plans and communicate on site)
