About This Role

We are hiring a licensed residential/commercial plumber to support restoration and construction projects across Texas. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and installing water, sewer, and gas systems on both homes and commercial properties. Expect steady work, competitive pay, and room to grow in a hands-on role. You’ll work on restoration and reconstruction jobs, handle code-compliant installations and repairs, troubleshoot issues in the field, and communicate directly with customers and project teams. Texas Master or Journeyman license and a clean driver’s record are required.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems (water, sewer, gas).
  • Install, maintain, and repair water lines, sewer lines, DWV systems, and gas piping to code.
  • Perform plumbing tasks related to restoration and reconstruction projects, including replacements after water or fire damage.
  • Install and service sewage and sump pumps, water treatment components, and copper piping where required.
  • Communicate repair options and timelines to customers and coordinate with restoration teams to keep projects on schedule.

What We're Looking For

  • Current Texas Master Plumber or Journeyman Plumber license (required).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable transportation to job sites across Texas.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, DWV systems, piping installation (including copper), and sewage/sump pump systems.
  • Hands-on experience with system troubleshooting, water treatment/conditioning equipment, and construction site best practices.
  • Ability to work independently on service calls and as part of a restoration crew; clear communicator with good customer-service skills. Restoration experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Current Texas Master Plumber or Journeyman Plumber License (required).
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Willingness to pass background check and drug screen.
  • Familiarity with DWV, copper tube/pipe installation, water treatment systems, and sewage/sump pump servicing.
  • Comfortable reading plans and working to local plumbing codes and safety standards.
