Project Manager - Commercial Construction

About This Role

Lead daily operations on commercial construction sites in West Palm Beach as the on-site Project Manager. You’ll run the job day-to-day, supervise crews and subs, read and act on blueprints and specs, and keep projects on schedule and within quality standards. This is a hands-on role: enforce safety, solve on-site issues fast, track materials and time, and report progress to project managers. Pay up to $85,000/yr. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

What You'll Do

• • Supervise and coordinate crews and subcontractors on commercial building projects daily
• • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications to direct work
• • Enforce site safety procedures and ensure compliance with codes and regulations
• • Manage day-to-day resource allocation, materials, and equipment to keep schedule
• • Report job progress, issues, and labor/material tracking to project managers

What We're Looking For

• • Proven experience supervising commercial construction crews and subcontractors
• • Skilled at blueprint and technical drawing interpretation
• • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
• • Hands-on knowledge of building codes, safety practices, and jobsite organization
• • Familiar with Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD basics and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Qualifications

• • Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
• • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• • 3+ years supervising commercial construction or foreman experience
• • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite
