QA/QC Manager

About This Role

Looking for a hands-on QA/QC Manager to join construction site teams around Lebanon, IN. This role is field-focused — you'll run quality checks, verify work to drawings and specs, and ensure jobs meet safety and contract standards. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of quality control/assurance experience and can read schematics. You’ll travel between job sites as assignments require, communicate directly with crews and supervisors, and document findings clearly. This is a practical role for someone who likes being on-site, fixing issues before they become problems, and keeping projects moving on schedule.

What You'll Do

• • Perform daily quality inspections of work in progress against drawings, specifications, and standards
• • Read and interpret schematics, plans, and shop drawings to verify installations
• • Document inspections, prepare nonconformance reports, and track corrective actions
• • Communicate inspection results and work with foremen and superintendents to resolve issues
• • Travel to project sites, perform field testing as required, and verify completion of punch-list items

What We're Looking For

• • 1–2 years of hands-on QA/QC or quality control technician experience in construction or related field
• • Ability to read and interpret schematics, plans, and technical drawings
• • Strong verbal and written communication skills; clear, accurate reporting
• • Comfortable working on job sites and able to travel to multiple project locations
• • Proactive, detail-oriented, able to spot issues and follow through to resolution

Qualifications

• • High school diploma or GED required
• • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean driving record preferred
• • OSHA 10 (or OSHA 30) preferred or willing to obtain
• • Prior construction site experience and familiarity with common QC forms and reports
• • Willingness to travel and work varying site schedules
