Solar Foreman

About This Role

Hands-on Solar Foreman needed in Asbury, MO to lead PV installation crews and manage post/racking and site layout work. You’ll run the day-to-day on site: assign crews, verify plans, set posts and racking, and make sure installations meet drawings and code. This is a foreman-level role — you must be comfortable directing crews, enforcing safety, coordinating schedules, and handling quality checks and documentation. If you know PV installs, building codes, and how to lay out a site, you’ll fit right in.

What You'll Do

• • Lead and coordinate daily solar installation activities, including post and racking layout and mounting
• • Supervise crew performance, enforce safety procedures, and conduct toolbox talks
• • Read and verify drawings/plans on site; confirm layout and elevations before install
• • Assign tasks, manage schedules, and track progress to meet project milestones
• • Perform quality checks, ensure compliance with specs and local building codes
• • Maintain jobsite documentation, report progress/issues, and manage basic site logistics

What We're Looking For

• • 2+ years foreman-level experience on PV or related construction projects
• • Proven ability to read and interpret site drawings, plans, and specs
• • Hands-on experience with PV system installation, post setting, and racking
• • Working knowledge of local building codes, site layout, and construction practices
• • Strong safety focus — ability to enforce PPE, fall protection, and safe work practices
• • Good communication skills for crew supervision and coordination with stakeholders

Qualifications

• • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
• • First Aid/CPR certification preferred
• • NABCEP or PV installation certifications a plus
• • Able to pass drug screen and background check
• • English required; Spanish helpful
