About this role

Lead field operations for multi-trade commercial construction projects in Victoria, TX. You will coordinate multiple foremen and crews, drive daily execution, and ensure work follows plans, specs, and safety rules. This role is hands-on: run daily briefings, solve field issues fast, manage materials and logistics, and keep the schedule and quality on track. What you'll do

  • Supervise and coordinate multiple foremen and crews across concrete, framing, mechanical, and site scopes each day.
  • Lead daily site activities: pre-shift briefings, safety talks, progress checks, and shift handoffs.
  • Maintain schedule and productivity by sequencing work, assigning crews, tracking progress, and reporting impacts to project leadership.
  • Perform quality inspections, enforce plans and specs, manage punch lists, and coordinate trade interfaces and inspections.
  • Drive site safety and housekeeping: enforce site-specific safety program, conduct safety walks, and ensure PPE and procedures are followed.
  • Resolve field issues and conflicts quickly, document changes, and communicate solutions to superintendents, project managers, and trade foremen.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a leadman or foreman on commercial construction projects with multi-trade coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and layout plans.
  • Strong leadership and crew-management skills with clear verbal and written communication.
  • Hands-on knowledge of concrete work, framing, and common commercial construction methods.
  • Scheduling and sequencing experience to keep crews productive and on-plan.
  • Basic computer skills for daily reports and use of construction management software; comfortable with mobile/site reporting tools.

Qualifications

  • OSHA 30-hour card or equivalent safety training (preferred)
  • First Aid/CPR certified or willing to obtain
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to site
  • Proven track record managing multiple crews on commercial projects
  • Comfortable speaking Spanish is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training helpful
