Construction Superintendent

About This Role

We are looking for experienced construction field leaders — foremen, supervisors, or superintendents — to oversee jobsites nationwide. This role is hands-on: you’ll run crews, manage daily schedules, enforce safety and quality, and keep projects on track. You’ll work closely with project managers and subcontractors, inspect work for code compliance, and keep clear daily records. Travel and multi-site assignments are common; reliable attendance, strong supervision skills, and practical problem solving are required.

What You'll Do

• • Lead and supervise field crews and subcontractors to complete daily scopes of work
• • Coordinate daily construction activities, materials, equipment, and labor on site
• • Enforce safety protocols and quality standards; conduct jobsite safety checks
• • Inspect work for compliance with plans, specs, and building codes
• • Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, RFIs, and photos
• • Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and trades to resolve issues

What We're Looking For

• • 5+ years experience as a foreman, supervisor, or superintendent in construction
• • Proven construction project management and site supervision abilities
• • Strong verbal and written communication across teams and stakeholders
• • Working knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices
• • Ability to define scope, track project performance, and maintain documentation
• • Hands-on experience with general, commercial, and/or residential construction

Qualifications

• • OSHA 30 (or OSHA 10 with equivalent field experience)
• • Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• • Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationwide
• • Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug screening
• • Proven ability to read plans, specs, and perform work inspections
• • Fluent English (verbal and written) for reporting and coordination
