Truck Driver / Laborer (CDL A)

About This Role

Looking for a hands-on driver who can also jump in as a site laborer. This Lebanon, IN role combines general construction/site work with commercial driving duties — you’ll drive local and regional routes, help load and secure materials, sign for deliveries, and support the crew on site. Pay is up to $30/hr depending on experience and endorsements. We need someone reliable with a valid CDL-A who can operate flatbeds, tank or double/triple trailer setups as needed, perform basic site labor, and keep accurate logs and paperwork.

What You'll Do

• • Operate CDL-A commercial vehicles for local/regional runs; perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle checks
• • Load, unload and secure materials (flatbed, tarping, chain and binders); prepare orders for shipment and sign for deliveries
• • Haul hazardous or bulk materials when properly endorsed; operate tank vehicles and double/triple trailers as assigned
• • Assist crew with on-site labor: material handling, cleanup, site setup, and basic equipment support
• • Maintain logbooks, complete DOT paperwork, report issues, and follow safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• • Valid CDL-A license with driving experience in flatbed, tank, or double/triple trailer operations (or willingness to train for specific rigs)
• • Experience loading/unloading and securing loads; comfortable with manual and automatic transmissions
• • Ability to sign for deliveries, prepare shipment paperwork, and keep accurate logs
• • Comfortable performing physical labor (regularly lift 50+ lbs), work outdoors, and follow crew direction
• • Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT drug screen and background checks

Qualifications

• • CDL-A license (required)
• • Current DOT medical certificate (CDL medical card)
• • Preferred endorsements: HazMat (H), Tanker (N), and Double/Triple (T) as applicable
• • Clean motor vehicle record and ability to pass drug/alcohol screening
• • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English for paperwork and safety instructions
