- • Manage hopper emptying, debris handling and disposal per environmental and site regulations.
- • Coordinate dust-control efforts with water trucks, tack crews, paving and grading crews to minimize airborne dust and track-out.
- • Maintain accurate logs, load tickets, and service records in accordance with DOT and company policy.
- • Safely navigate active construction zones and follow traffic control plans; communicate with flaggers and site supervisors.

- • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, truck safety procedures, and weight limits.
- • Ability to read and follow traffic control plans and directions from supervisors and flaggers.
- • Comfort working in physically demanding conditions and varying weather; able to lift, climb, and do routine equipment checks.

- • DOT medical card / valid medical certification for commercial drivers.
- • Able to pass drug screen and background check.
- • Basic English for clear communication on site; Spanish speakers a plus.
- • Traffic control/flagging certification preferred but not required.
What We Offer
- • Competitive pay based on experience; overtime available.
