Warehouse Associate / Driver
About This Role
Join a busy construction supply team in Phoenix as a Warehouse Associate / Driver. You’ll handle receiving, stocking, cycle counts, loading/unloading, and preparing orders while keeping the yard and rental equipment clean and organized. Expect hands-on warehouse work, frequent lifting, and a focus on accuracy and safety. You will also run local deliveries with an F-450 flatbed, assist with dispatch when needed, and interface directly with jobsite crews. This is a physical, fast-paced role paying up to $33/hr for reliable, safety-minded candidates with a clean driving record.
What You'll Do
- • Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory and rental equipment
- • Load and unload trucks, palletize material, and prepare orders for shipment
- • Drive an F-450 flatbed for local deliveries to jobsites and sign for/verify deliveries
- • Perform regular inventory cycle counts and maintain bin-location accuracy
- • Keep the warehouse and yard clean and organized; clean rental equipment
- • Assist dispatching drivers and act as backup driver/runner as needed
What We're Looking For
- • Valid CDL Class C (required) and clean driving record; able to pass drug screen and MVR check
- • Experience loading/unloading materials, preparing orders, and basic inventory control
- • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for prolonged periods
- • Hands-on forklift operation experience; aerial lift experience a plus
- • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, Excel) and strong communication
- • Positive work ethic, team player who can also work independently and follow safety procedures
Qualifications
- • CDL Class C
- • Forklift Operator certification (preferred)
- • OSHA 10 (preferred)
- • English required
- • Clean driving record; must pass drug screen and MVR
