Warehouse Associate

About this role

Join a busy Phoenix warehouse team as a Material Handler supporting production and shipping. You’ll handle inventory control, load and unload trucks, stage finished product, and help keep materials moving to meet production and delivery schedules. This is an on-site, full-time position in Phoenix. Expect regular weekday shifts with opportunities for overtime and occasional weekend work. The job requires safe forklift and pallet jack operation, basic computer/data-entry skills, and hands-on work with electrical parts and tools.

What you'll do

• • Store, move, stage, and prepare materials and finished products for production and shipment
• • Load and unload trucks; pull, verify, pack, crate, and secure orders for shipment
• • Maintain accurate inventory records: label items, document locations, and report shortages
• • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment; perform pre-use inspections and minor operator repairs
• • Use warehouse systems and computers for data entry, shipping paperwork, and basic report generation; keep loading areas clean and organized

What we're looking for

• • Forklift operator experience required; comfortable operating pallet jacks and related equipment
• • Basic computer skills for data entry and generating shipping/ inventory reports
• • Knowledge of electrical parts and hand tools required
• • Physically able to lift, carry, and move heavy items and stand for extended periods
• • Good communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Qualifications

• • Forklift operator certification (required)
• • Proficiency with warehouse inventory systems and basic office software
• • Working knowledge of electrical parts and tools
• • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
• • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
