Warehouse Associate / Material Handler
About This Role
Join a fast-paced Phoenix warehouse team as a Material Handler supporting production and shipping. You’ll move, stage, pack and ship parts and finished goods, keep inventory accurate, and run forklifts and pallet jacks to keep operations moving. This is hands-on work—loading and unloading trucks, pulling and verifying orders, doing data entry for inventory, and performing pre-use checks and minor upkeep on equipment. Forklift certification and basic computer skills are required; English/Spanish bilingual skills and electrical parts knowledge are a plus.
What You'll Do
- • Store, move and stage materials and finished products for production and distribution.
- • Load and unload trucks; pull, verify, pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- • Maintain accurate inventory records: label parts, record locations, update counts, and report shortages.
- • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and related equipment; perform pre-use inspections and minor operator repairs.
- • Stage finished product for final distribution and keep loading areas and stock organized and clean.
- • Use computers for data entry, generate reports, and document units received and shipped.
What We're Looking For
- • Minimum 1+ year warehouse or material-handling experience with forklift operation.
- • Current forklift operator experience and comfort operating pallet jacks and dock equipment.
- • Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation (inventory systems, spreadsheets).
- • Familiarity with electrical parts and basic tools used in shipping/assembly environments.
- • Reliable attendance, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and good communication on the floor.
Qualifications
- • Forklift operator certification (or ability to obtain)
- • High school diploma or GED preferred
- • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- • Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk for full shifts
- • Pass background check and drug screen
